平台将提供文字问答和视频直播两种方式，每日文字问答咨询时间为9时至17时，是否安排视频直播及视频直播时间由高校自行决定，鼓励高校积极采用视频直播方式开展招生宣传和咨询。教育部要求各高校积极主动加强线上招生宣传，为考生、家长提供准确、及时的咨询服务。
考生可通过教育部“阳光高考信息平台”网页、“阳光高考信息平台”微信公众号、“阳光高考”百度小程序等方式参与咨询周活动，了解有关高校的视频直播活动安排。同时，为提高咨询效率，请考生先浏览各高校发布的相关信息，了解相关情况。
